Questions

The things people ask before signing.

How do the included hours work?

Each plan includes a set number of development hours per month, spent on whatever you need most — features, fixes, review or advice. Unused hours roll over for one month, so a quiet month is not wasted. If you need more, additional hours are billed at your plan rate or drawn from a prepaid block.

What counts as a priority issue?

Anything that stops your business trading: the system is down, orders cannot be placed, or data integrity is at risk. Those get the response time on your plan. Everything else is scheduled into the normal flow of work.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Plans run month to month with thirty days' notice to change or cancel. There is no annual contract and no penalty for scaling down after a busy period.

Do you support systems you did not build?

Often, yes — it is a large part of the work. It starts with a paid assessment, typically a week, where I review the codebase, infrastructure and risks and give you a written report. From there we both know whether an ongoing plan makes sense, and you own the report either way.

Does AI-assisted delivery mean lower quality?

It means more output per hour, not less review. Every generated change is read, tested and owned by me before it ships, and the architecture decisions stay human. If anything, the test coverage and documentation on these projects are better than average, because AI removes the excuse that writing them is too slow.

How am I invoiced?

Israeli clients receive a full Israeli tax invoice (חשבונית מס) in ILS. International clients are invoiced in USD or EUR by bank transfer or card. Plans are invoiced monthly in advance; hour blocks are invoiced on purchase.

Most engagements start with a 30-minute call.

No pitch deck and no discovery invoice. We talk about what you're running, what hurts, and whether I'm the right person to fix it.
