This site collects as little as it can get away with. There is no database behind it, no advertising network, and no third-party tracking script.

What is collected

The only personal data this site gathers is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your company, and the message itself, along with the topic you select.

What it is used for

Solely to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. Your details are not added to a mailing list, sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by email through a transactional email provider and then live in an ordinary email inbox. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard access logs including IP addresses, as any web host does.

How long it is kept

Enquiries stay in the inbox for as long as the relationship, or the possibility of one, is live. Ask for yours to be deleted and it will be, without argument.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Nothing here needs a consent banner, which is why you have not seen one.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to service@appliconet.com and it will be handled promptly.

Client project data

Data belonging to client systems is a separate matter, governed by the agreement for that engagement rather than by this notice. Client data is never used to train models, and access is limited to what the work requires.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
